Track & Field at Ramapo Invitational

Paramus, NJ- Bergen begins their men's track and field season at the Ramapo Invitational.   The team had a successful first meet with a total of 13 student-athletes competing for Bergen. The team finished 12th out of 20 schools competing in the Ramapo Invitational.   Roland Gamez had the best day and was the only qualifier for the men's team.   Roland qualified for three events, which included the High Jump, Long Jump and 110 Hurdles.  He finished third out of 15 in the 110 Hurdles with a time of 15.57.  He also finished in the third in the High Jump with a leap of 1.90m.   His best performance was in the Long Jump where he finished in second place with a leap of 6.71m.

The Bulldogs will now travel to Wagner College of for the Wagner Invitational in Staten Island, New York, on Saturday, April 7.
